My first name is Daniel, but my friends call me Strongin. I’m a fitness enthusiast, full-time freelance writer, and blogger who helps people achieve their fitness goals.

My long, winding journey to where I am today…
Back in high school, I was constantly teased for how physically weak I was. My last name, Strongin, quickly turned into the name “Weakin” by my classmates during gym class.

I was tired of being picked on and decided to take action!
Back then, I had no idea what I was doing regarding fitness and nutrition. Still, I was determined to get bigger and stronger.
That was the start of my fitness journey. Since then, I have learned from top bodybuilders and trainers, helped countless people build better physiques, and lived a fitness-focused lifestyle.
But this is just the beginning. I am constantly learning and experimenting with developing my physique and becoming a healthier person.
And what do you know, ever since I decided to take physical fitness seriously, I wasn’t called “Weakin” again.
